These Booking Terms apply to all reservations made with AMENTAG TRAVELS. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Reservation Process

Bookings can be made through our website, email, or direct contact. A reservation is considered provisional until confirmed in writing by AMENTAG TRAVELS.

2. Payment & Confirmation

A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the type of service. The exact payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged.

3. Prices & Inclusions

All prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and include only the services specified in your confirmed itinerary. Any services not mentioned are excluded.

4. Cancellations by the Client

Cancellation fees depend on the nature of the service booked and the timing of the cancellation. Fees may apply for accommodations, transport, guides, or activities already reserved.
We recommend reviewing cancellation terms carefully before confirming your booking.

5. Changes by the Client

Requests to modify confirmed bookings (dates, services, number of travelers) are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

6. Changes or Cancellations by AMENTAG TRAVELS

In rare circumstances, we may need to modify or cancel a booking due to unforeseen events, safety concerns, or supplier issues. In such cases, we will offer suitable alternatives or applicable refunds.

7. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the scheduled time or location without prior notice may result in full charges and no refund.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in our services. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

9. Responsibility

AMENTAG TRAVELS acts as an organizer and intermediary. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, losses, or disruptions caused by third-party service providers or events beyond our control.

10. Acceptance of Booking Terms

By confirming a booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Booking Terms.
